when logging in and moving to the next page at the peplink website, I immediately get the above message. Anything I am supposed to be doing about that? I have an issue getting speedfusion set up and wanted to see if that was part of it.

just for troubleshooting I tried new account, different PCs, with/without vpn, same result
The login ID has no device associated in the InControl2. Please add the device that needs SpeedFusion Cloud into InControl2.
My device is added to InControl1 and same issue persist.
Are you using the same Peplink ID to login InControl2 and SFC? If so, please open a ticket for us to check
