Older Surf SOHO LAN Speeds only 100Mbps?

Purchased a Surf SOHO MK3 802.11AC (SUS-SOHO-T) back in 2018 while I was Nomading.

I am now back in a full time location. I recently added a Direct NAS for my homework network plugged into one of the LAN ports. Only getting 100Mbps (11.2 MB/s on a 3 TB copy). Was there a hardware version of this device that did NOT support GB? Or do I an issue somewhere? All cabling is 5e or 6, and the source computer has 1000 support.

I think maybe Mk1 only had 100Mbps for LAN ports, so should not be an issue with Mk3.

Perhaps turn off auto-negotiation and manually set on both sides of the link.
