My Max Mini when first put online would drop off randomly and often…tech support said it could be kind of wonky when first getting going…it then went 8 days with one offline event but came back on itself after about ten minutes…the last time it just went off line and never recovered…if it was a power loss event would it come back up to operational once power was restored without assistance?
Yes, that’s what the expected outcome should be after power recovery. What is the power source? Are you running off of battery or a source with very variable voltage?
