To obtain the configuration file from a Peplink Balance device, carry out the following steps:

  1. Connect a computer via an Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports on the Peplink Balance device
  2. Open a web browser to Web Admin IP address: http://192.168.1.1 (Default IP Address)
  3. Go to System > Configuration > Download Active Configurations, and click the Download button.
  4. A prompt will then be shown for saving the date_model_serialnumber.conf file to your computer
