Does anyone know how to fix a BR1-mini to obtain the ip address. Sim card is active, has great signal, have rebooted several times, firmware is current. Please provide some helpful hints.

What firmware version are you on for the modem?

It’s highly unlikely the issue is hardware related. to start, what carrier are you using and what is your setting for APN?
