hello support

i cannot find NTP section setup in balance 380 so how? the reason is i have hundreds of access point rely on ph timezone pool.ntp.org: NTP Servers in Philippines, ph.pool.ntp.org the syncronization is always failed base on my syslog.

Under the System tab you will see the Time setting on the left and you can configure the NTP there.

Hi,

Possible to let us know the NTP synchronization is not working for the APs or Balance 380 ? Beside that are you using Pepwave APs ? If you using Pepwave AP, do you enable B380 as AP controller ?
