Not able to login anymore

I factory reset my PEPLINK BALANCE 20, and now I cannot login to the admin web anymore, it still provides DHCP and internet connection with the defaults
,also responde to the ping, I attached a screenshot

This sound like my issue, is there anyway to re-flash without the web, ex. via tftp
