how can i reach the support of peplink istead the ticketsystem? The ticket show waiting of response from owner. But i wrote the ansers in and nobody anser. Is it possible the contact the Team via phone or/and mail? kind regards
The best solution is to start with the Peplink Partner from whom you acquired the device. They have an obligation to provide support and most authorized resellers and Peplink Certified Engineers do this quite well – some extraordinarily so.
Failing that, set the ticket to “ringing” and post the ticket number here.
