No SIM card status

Hi , currently using a balance 310x, SIM card is inserted but it says no SIM card in the status section … when you enter the cellular details section it says there is a sim present and shows you the imei number .
Any idea ?
Running latest firmware .
Tried two different sims .

is this for slot a or slot b, have you tried swapping slots?

Before opening a ticket I would suggest to enable remote assistance on your device or to provide diagnostic report file. Both can be found in the status tab under device section.
