"No pppoe service detected" Max BR1 with TM unifi

Hi.we try to use Pepwave MaxBR1 replacing tm router with 5 static ip. After configure details on WAN, “no pppoe service detected” display when try to connect.
Pls advice

How you connect your BR1? What is the VLAN ID define in BR1 WAN’s connection?

It seems TM Unifi required VLAN ID 500 for the PPPoE connection, please ensure you have defined the VLAN ID accordingly.

This is what I get based on my googling, for more information, I would suggest you refer to your service provider.
