No Internet on Balance One when 1 WAN dropped

Hi,
I have a Balance One with 2 WAN’s connected. It is set to load share between both WAN’s, Today one of the WAN’s stopped working, but all internet traffic stopped through the Balance.
When I went to the Balance Dashboard and disconnected the WAN that wasn’t operating, internet was restored.

Any ideas what I need to do to my settings to stop that happening again ?

What are your health check settings so that the Balance can know the WAN is down? Likely whatever health check method you used was still getting a reply. If WAN goes down it will be recorded in the system log.
