Hi folks…I just purchased a Pepwave Max BR1…and while attempting to change the username and password …the one on the bottom…I got locked out. I had new one in, and password. Locked out…I reset the unit, and can’t get in with either old or new…thoughts??? R

Lost count of the times I’ve done this in the past.
Hold in the hardware reset for a 20 sec count. Then visit http://192.168.50.1 on a connected device.

Thanks Martin…I tried this, but only pushed it in for a few seconds…I bet I got it all confused…probably 20 would get it all cleared back to default.
I need to change those username and password to something private.
