New Pepwave Max BR1 Mini HW3 LTE 7 no WAN input

I purchased this to use with a single sim card, Starlink and campground wifi. I added the software license upgrade a few days later. The event log shows that the feature pack was added a few days ago. I now see Wifi Wan options. I have tried on both 2.4 and 5 ghz to add our campground wifi to the setup and it will never connect. The event log doesn’t show incorrect password. I did change the password so it was wrong to verify that it would show up and it does. I changed it back and it never connects.

My bigger frustration is no WAN option showing up. I have my Starlink plugged into the WAN port on the back. The led on the router does light up green on the WAN port and does blink frequently as I would expect. But it doesn’t show up on the dashboard anywhere as an option. Is there something else I have to do to get that option to show up? Is it possible that the license upgrade did not give me what I need for the lan port to work as an input?

@Del_Rockwell, my guess is Port 3 is activated for LAN instead of WAN.

You need to go into the settings and just uncheck a box and hit apply.

Network → Port settings

    Click the hyperlink at the bottom, and it should open something similar to what the next image looks like.

    I believe yours might already have the green box checked, so uncheck the box, click save at bottom and then apply settings.

Then you should be able to see the WAN port after that.
