I recently purchased a Balance One from a liquidator that was new in a sealed box. I am being told that a “new old stock device” that I purchased cannot be registered because it is too old (2016) and I didn’t purchase from a certified partner. I never expected a Peplink warranty but does this mean I wouldn’t be able to use any services with it? SpeedFusion etc? I am confused by this since it was clearly never even removed from the box. Am I out the funds that I spent on the router?
