New MAX BR1 Mini not connecting to T-Mobile network - stuck on "obtaining IP address"

As the title states, I’ve got a new MAX BR1 Mini LTE version that is stuck on “obtaining IP address” with new data SIM card plan in slot 1.

I’ve updated the firmware. I called TMobile to confirm that it should be compatible. The APN is “fast.t-mobile.com”.

I’m truly at a wall and I don’t know how to fix this. Anyone know?

Your APN is likely correct – good work checking that. Here’s a screenshot from one of our customers’ devices this morning. “Network Mode” usually works on “Auto.” You can also try “T-Mobile.” Failing that it sounds like a provisioning issue which only T-Mobile will be able to resolve. And, if that does not work, I’d suggest contacting the Peplink Partner from whom you purchased the device for help.
