Have you considered having the thread title as the page title when viewing various topics? Currently if you open in tabs, all tabs have the same title.

- fixed issue of message archive not working for non-admin recipient
- fixed issue of not remembering visit status of a post
- fixed issue of unread post count not being clear after it has been read
- fixed issue of no notification received after a topic has been flagged
- remove email notification for account suspension
- implement web notification for topic/ reply being flagged
