New AP One Rugged Will Not Connect

I just received the new, updated AP One Rugged. Running Firmware v9.2.x

I connected the new AP to my Balance 30 Pro, Firmware v8.2.1, but the Balance 30 would not sync my AP profile to the new AP One Rugged.

The AP shows in the Balance 30 client list, but not connected.

I can connect to the AP One Rugged Admin Panel using a direct connection.

Question - What am I missing to have my new AP One Rugged be syched to my Balance 30 Pro AP profile?

I should add, I have an older AP One Rugged, firmware v3.6.3, that works just fine.
