Device: Peplink B One 5G (B-ONE-5GN-T-PRM)
Serial: 1936-6887-04B1
Firmware: 8.5.3 build 6030
Issue:
- SpeedFusion Connect tunnel to Chicago (SFC-CHI) shows “Established”
- Both WAN 1 and Cellular are Priority 1 and Connected
- However, when I go to SF Connect → Route by Wi-Fi SSID or Route by LAN Client, it says “No SFC Location available”
- I cannot route traffic through the SpeedFusion tunnel for seamless failover
Goal: Configure true seamless Hot Failover so video calls don’t drop when WAN 1 fails
hi…
Can you check how much data have you avaliable… it is at dashboard
Hi, I really appreciate your response. I confirmed I have plenty of data. I was able to sort out quite a bit of my issues, however, I have been unable to get hot failover work. I got Prime Care + and I’ve been waiting over a day for a response. Is that normal?

Hi. I tried to upload the same photo on my peplink that you showed me. You helped me because when I brought up the SpeedFusion detail I discovered that there was a problem with my outbound policy. I switched the setting for each tunnel to enforced.
Now I am getting seamless failover when I just tested disconnecting my WAN 1 and running over cellular. I got a successful hot failover result 3 times in a row and very satisfied.
I appreciate your quick willingness to help me.
Sincerely,
Eric
