Need help to resolve Packet Loss when Peplink used as perimeter in IPSec

We are having PFSense as base firewall and usng Peplink as perimeter or WAN Balancer…

When trying to connect GCP via IPSec tunnel having problem of Packet loss… where connection is from PFSense ----> Peplink ----> GCP
PFSense - as a firewall (Software version)
Peplink - as Perimter or WAN Balancer (Hardware version)

and without Peplink connectivity working fine without any packet loss… where connection is from PFSense -----> GCP.

just we want IPSEC tunnel from PFSense to GCP with using Peplink as WAN Balancer.

please help to resolve the issue.

  1. How many WAN you have for Peplink device ?
  2. Ping from Peplink to GCP have any packet loss ?
  3. Ping from PFSense WAN to GCP have any packet loss ?
  4. Ping only loss for IPSEC tunnels traffics ?
  5. How the IPSEC tunnel need to connect via Peplink device WANs ? Priority to 1 WAN then fail-over ?
  6. What is the packet loss rate ? Would you able to share the ping test results ?
  7. The issue happen intermittent ?

@masood

Look like more test require in-order to confirm which part having packet loss. Would you please contact Peplink local partner to assist ?
