Need help... Cannot access static public IP gateway server behind Peplink 580

Hi,

I’m new with peplink and need help with this. I just took over a network with the config as above. Yesterday the modem 1 / ISP 1 went down and I cannot access the Gateway from outside (i.e via internet). The gateway and the modem IP is same subnet, both are public IP. All the modem/WAN are also on static public IP.

What do i need to configure the peplink (model: 580) to enable access to the gateway via the net?

When ISP 1 is down, you should not be able to access the Gateway IP because the IP address is bind with ISP 1.

If there is NAT configured with other ISPs’ public IP that NAT to the Gateway, you will be able to access the Gateway via these public IP.
