We have a number of employees using Surf Soho PepVPN at home who are suffering packet loss on Comcast in their neighborhood. One case can reach over 30% packet loss. Unfortunately with everyone working at home because of COVID-19, Comcast is backed up deploying new equipment to split nodes to resolve this.
We would like to request that Forward Error Correction, currently available in SpeedFusion, also be available in PepVPN to deal with packet loss.
