NAT can not port 500 and 4500

I am configure VPN on ASA 5520, but I can not NAT port 4500 and 500,

ask the pro help!!!

infomation : IP Wan 113.161.74.75

topology : ISP (113.161.74.75)-> Peplink 380 -> ASA 5520

IP lan network :172.16.96.0/27

We have not reported any issue on port forwarding for UDP port 500 and 4500 for IPsec. Please check is there any firewall rules on Peplink unit that denied those traffic.
