Multiple email notifications

We are running the Max BR1 and use email notification for lost/regained connections. We have been using this feature for some time, but recently, we have begun receiving nine emails for each notification, rather than just one. We have the same results with firmware 8.1.2 or 8.1.3. Any ideas where we would look for a fix for this problem?

@Bryan_Green, are you referring to the InControl 2 - email notification function? Maybe you can contact your point of purchase (if there is) or submit a support ticket with the date/time of the multiple emails you received for an event, so the team can take a closer look at it.
