MSP administrator settings missing

Hi All,

Incontrol 2 on premise (2.8.6.4)

There’s no settings in MSP interface, we can’t add other administrators.

thats wired, is your user a Super User?

Hi Dennis,

My account is the only one having permissions to access the MSP page, so I can’t compare. But I can import devices, so it should be a super user. Even the original [email protected] can’t access it no more (I think we have cancel his permissions long time ago).

How can I check If I’m a super user (without the settings menu )?
Is there a way to reset permissions ?

Hi Dennis,

I double check using search, so I can see role, and I’m Administrator (but I can import devices…). And I could find the superuser account using search.
