Moving Devices and Data from one privately hosted ICVA to another

Hello dear
We privately hosted IC2 and added 1000+ devices for one of our customers. Now, the customer wants to host IC2 on their premises and have all these devices added with previous data, like reports and GPS data.
How can we move these (around 1180) devices, including reports and GPS data

Note: previously hosted IC2 has a different server name than the newly hosted

I would log a ticket for this with Peplink engineering and the IC2 team can then provide advice directly.

Did you log a ticket with Peplink? It’s the best way to get an answer for this kind of question I think.
