I would like to know if Fusion hub license has been installed and will be moved to another server. Can it be done? Or how many server can be installed. I might move the installation to another server.

Yes, a FusionHub licence can be moved.
You will need to go the licence and warranty section in InControl2 and release the licence from the old server. There is an article about this
