Pepwave SOHO
My iphone says that WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) are not very secure. How do I switch to a setting that’s more secure?
Also, trying to upgrade the firmware to 8.2.1, and that’s not working either.

First, please delete the serial number of your router from your post.
Then, tell us which SOHO you have. From the SN I’m guessing it is a MK3 but please confirm.
Finally, please tell us what happens when you try to update your firmware.
PS: Your iPhone is correct.

Yes, it is a Pepwave Surf SOHO MK3.
Tried to update the firmware to 8.2.1 again, and this time it worked. So that step is completed.
Will the updated firmware enable a more secure wi-fi nedwork?
Just answered my own question. My home Wi-Fi is now set at WPA3.
