is it possible to obtain daily bandwidth usage by client on the balance ?

im going there but im not able to see client bandwith usage it says No information.
yes im using i can see daily, monthy,hourly but once im clicking on daily and want to see client usages one by one to it displayed like this ! No information and other details.
@mutaleb, may I know which firmware version you are using now? Please ensure you are using latest firmware version.
May I know the device has internet access? You may test ping to www.peplink.com via System > Ping.
Have you see time sync failed in Event Log (Status > Event Log)?
