Ever since I updated my IC2 instance to version 2.13.4.1 I’ve been getting notifications that my MongoDB and Redis services are unavailable on my DB server. My DB is version 20240711 which is the latest and was working fine under a the previous version. I don’t see anything not working, just getting a couple hundred notifications a day.
Please create a support ticket and specify your ICVA’s s/n. If possible, please enable remote assistance. If not, please download a diagnostic report from the control panel and attach it to the support request. Thanks.
