Missing SIM Pool Data Usage - Carrier Pools from Organization

Hello,

My organization is missing the carrier pools for the SIM Pool Data Usage.

The individual groups do have the carrier pools, it is just missing from the ‘organization’ level.

Any idea why this is the case?
