Missing Device and Internet Availability

Some time ago there was a problem with IC2’s reporting of Device/Internet Availability and it was removed from the Web UI. When it came back it seemed to be working correctly. I don’t regularly check the Device Reports so I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but we are seeing very inconsistent data. Most days there is just an N/A with no blue bar (0%), then randomly there will be days with 100%.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

We confirmed this is a bug and we have fixed it. Please help to check it again.
