Migrating configuration between models and versions

Can I restore the configuration from one balance model to another? And from one version to another?

I need to replace a Peplink Balance 580, Hardware Revision 3,
7.1.1 build 2460 with a BL710, HW Revision 3, 7.1.2 build 2574.

What’s the best way to do the upgrade without having to manually recreate every setting?
