There are a few posts here that mention some issues trying to get a MiFi/InSeeGo M2000 5G cellular modem (e.g. from Calyx) to work with a Balance 20X by USB-connection. Two posts in particular simply say to “reboot and keep trying.” I’m wondering, does anyone have a more definitive answer: Does the M2000 work reliably with the 20X, and if so, what is the most reliable connection method? Should I just plug the M2000 USB-C into the 20X USB-A using a USB-C-to-A cable? Or would it be preferred to use a USB-C-to-Ethernet cable and plug into the 20X WAN Ethernet port? Please advise.
