Here’s some background comments from the customer about this:
"
… broadcasts Band 25 EARFCNs in the PCS frequency range. All of these channels have a corresponding Band 2 EARFNC. MFBI allows for both to be broadcast simultaneously. (we) implemented MFBI in our entire Band 25 footprint earlier this year. It takes the UE to support FGI 31 in the UE capability message for the feature to work.
