Mesh Newbie questions

Just setup my first mesh (only 1 AP) and two things seem a bit off.

The mesh setup seems alive and well, poking around in the router, but when looking at the web interface of the AP

At Dashboard → General, the status is disconnected
At Dashboard ->AP, the page never loads, there is just a spinning wheel

Is this normal?
Balance 20x with fw 8.2.1
AP one mini with firmware 3.6.3 build 1952

At Dashboard → General, the status is disconnected

It is normal as the WAN on the Dashboard is representing the status of the physical WAN connection.

I have no problem with it. Please try to reboot the AP to confirm it helps. If not, I suggest opening a ticket for is to take a look.
