I am seeing download speeds of 88MBps on my iPhone but only 22 MBps on my pep-link max transit duo. AT&T on both, standing in the same spot, right after each other

Which version of Transit Duo is it?
what bands is your iphone connecting on? what bands is your peplink connecting on?
are you sure they are connecting to the same tower?
what radio does the iphone have? how much aggregation? same for peplink? what are the signals for each?
what plan is the iphone on? peplink? is the peplink receiving the same priority as the iphone on the carrier’s network?
