MAX Transit DUO SIM keeps resetting

I have 2 SIMS in SIM A slots, Modem 1 - SPRINT and Modem 2 Verizon. The Verizon connection is stable, but the SPRINT SIM keeps resetting. ANy suggestions for troubleshooting this issue? I already swapped the SIMs to the other modems to have SPRINT in Modem 2 and same problem. Thanks in advance!

I assume there is nothing in Slot B? If So set the modem to SIM A only to stop it trying to use any other SIM. The ‘SIM A changed, reloading SIM’ message suggests that the SIM might not be seated properly.

Pop it out, give the metal contacts on the SIM a wipe and put it back in again. Make sure you hear a positive click when you insert the SIM.
