Max transit duo SIM card

I lost total connection of data 4 sims cards which means lost livestream. The venue had no wif just cell coverage. Stream went well for 3hrs. I checked my data plan and both A SIM card ran out of data but the 2 SIM cards In slot b had plenty. Why didn’t it switch? Thanks advance.

We use 24hr data binge for slot SIM cards.

What happens when your SIMs run out of data? Does the mobile network redirect you to a ‘buy more data’ web page or does it restrict your bandwidth perhaps?

What health check where you using? DNS?

Look at your event log for the periods where the SIM A cars failed. Are there corresponding healthcheck failed messages?

Thanks for your reply. I’m still learning how to run the TST duo.

2 sim cards are on prepaid I load unlimited data for 24hrs once time expires it just ends. One other sim card is on a monthly plan 40gb and the other on prepaid I load on a 4-week data plan 4Gb to 40gb.

One of the sim cards constantly fails the health check which I had in Slot A so I just disable smart check which probably why I ran into issues.

see logs this about the time it failed.
