I’m unable to access my remote web admin via IC2. In the actual device, all lights are green. IC2 says device inactive.
Is there any other way to access it? Do I need to reset the device? Thanks

Hi Mark. You can access it locally from a device connected to the LAN. Otherwise a factory reset using a paperclip on the front will get rid of any outbound policies that might be affecting your RWA.
If you’re connect to the same network as your MAX Transit and you’re using the default IP address network, you should be able to go to https://192.168.50.1 to access the router’s admin page.
