Max Transit 5G - WAN cable not detected

Have plugged a Starlink using a Cat 6 and an adapter into the WAN outlet, but getting a “Cable not connected” message. Celluar and Wifi are working fine. I have plugged the Starlink directly into my PC and it works perfectly. Getting a solid green and a solid orange light on the WAN connection. Have tried rebooting both the Starlink and the Max Transit, and disabling and re enabling the Starlink on the dash board - doesn’t change anything. Also tried disabling the Heath Check settings - same outcome. Any suggestions?
