Max OTG w/ Sierra (Netgear) 313U - Stuck on Connecting

Hi All, I have a Max On-The-Go on latest firmware (6.3.3) and attempting to use it with 3 unlocked Sierra Wireless (Netgear) 313U Usb sticks.

I have verified the sim and stick work 100% in Macbook and speed test was 10mb/1mb so I have confirmed the issue is not usb or sim related.

Checked and confirmed the APN is correct also with iPhone, same speed test results and reliable 3G.

When plugging into Max OTG, I correctly set APN but only get “Connecting…” with no connection.

Any thoughts?

Please try the latest firmware version. If the problem persists, please open ticket for us to take closer look.

Hi, I have tried to upgrade to v7 but I get an error.

My Max OTG is a : MAX-OTG-U1, is it supported by the v7 firmware?

Look like you are using MOTG Hw1. v7.0.0 only supported by MOTG Hw2 and above. Since you have opened ticket, we will follow up from there.
