we use several MAX HD1 Dome Pro (HW1) devices for remote access and fallback 5G Internet connectivity for events spreading across Europe.
We have issues connecting to a cellular network when the device is relocated from let’s say the Netherlands to Austria. The countries don’t really matter but the fact that the device moves from one cellular environment to another. The device then gets stuck at the “Connecting…” phase when powered on, the only solution is to reset the cellular module, sometimes even a cold reboot of the device even won’t help. We didn’t have issues like this in the past when running 8.5.1.
The devices are currently running Firmware 8.5.4 build 6264 and Cellular Firmware T99W175.F0.6.0.0.6_042 with roaming enabled SIM cards obviously. Any device where to put the finger on?

If there is a PIN code on the SIM card, remove it. This solved this problem on our Dome’s
That would be an easy solution but the PIN codes are already disabled.
