Greetings all, I purchased the MaX BR2 and a Verizon prepaid SIM card for our RV. Initially, everything functioned as expected and speeds and connectivity were fast. The first month went smooth. We are on another trip now, we prepaid the Verizon sim again, and BR2 is Emitting a WiFi signal that you can connect a device to, but no actual connectivity. Dashboard shows connectivity and good signal with Verizon. I am not a techie And need to find out how to contact someone to help me.
Who did you but the unit from? Contact them?
