MAX BR2 PRO with AT&T sim card not working in Mexico

I have a MAX BR2 pro with AT&T sim card (USA, Mexico and Canada plan) on a vessel. Peplink worked in San Diego, CA but quit when entered Mexico? Called AT&T they said it’s working, any settings I should check? APN? Thanks

What’s the full model number of your BR2 Pro?

My guess is that your plan is not a hotspot plan. Generally, data-only plans from AT&T do not support the Canada/Mexico roaming unless you pay, and the payment block is on by default.

Christopher Thanks for the info. AT&T said it was good for Mexico?? I will call again and make sure it it listed as a hot spot and good in USA, Mexico and Canada. Have a happy New Year. Steve

Are you using a data only SIM, or are you using a tablet/phone SIM in your Peplink?

I will check with AT&T. Worked in USA and Canada. Thanks for advice
