MAX BR2 Pro - Bricked?

MAX BR2 Pro will not boot (get solid red light).
Have verified with multiple different power supplies (all work on other peplink routers), done reset, hard reset and master reset - none seem to work.

I do get lights on the ethernet ports when I connect but no WiFi or connectivity whatsoever. PC does not recognize ethernet connection - just says “unidentified network/no internet”

InControl does not show the device online.

Are there other ways to connect to the device and troubleshoot other than through WiFi or ethernet (USB/Serial, etc)?

Thoughts/ideas/options? Help!

Probably need to open a support ticket

Only other thing I can think is that the current boot image is corrupted, it might be possible to SSH in to the device and select the other boot image during startup. If that image is good, you might be able to rewrite the non booting image if the hardware itself is okay. If you are able to boot to the second firmware image but can not load a new image to the non booting image, your device would effectively be stuck on whatever your previous firmware version is though since updating the firmware always updates the non booted image.

All that said. I don’t actually know what the limits or abilities of the CLI are for the MAX line, just that they exist. The BR2 Pro has a COM port, hopefully that helps here.

Wish I could help but never had a need to use the command line on these devices at all, and even then, probably not going to help unless it ends up being the unlikely case I laid out.

Would offer to try it on a working device so I could walk you through what you should be seeing it but all of mine are deployed right now. Can anyone with experiance here chime in?

Status light never changes from red to green?
Have you tried to power it from PoE instead of the normaly power supply?
