I have a Peplink Mx BR1 with FW 8.0.0.0 for US Cellular network. SIM is recognized and reported in configuration but will not connect to the network. SINR is well within LTE specs.USCC engineers show that it is attempting to connect to eNodeB but will not accept OTA updates and activate. Have attempted to connect using static and dynamic IP addressing schemes. Unable to connect Max BR1 to laptop and WiFi simultaneously for Peplink Tech to remote in. First Peplink Max BR1 activated on USCC network in February of this year but do not have visibility into that device any longer.

is there any way to plug the device in via wifi as wan or ethernet wan and enable remote access. that way if you submit a ticket to peplink they should be able to log into it
