MAX-BR1-PRO-LTEA Cellular Module Firmware Update Failed

I have been getting weak to no cellular service through my ATT or Verizon cards for a month, and it culminated into it stopping to work completely today. I’ve found a blog here saying to open the support.cgi page and updating the cellular module firmware. It says mine is out of date, but about 10 times in a row it has failed the installation.

Thoughts?

We have cases that the device failed to reach to the firmware server hence the upgrade failed.

Found that you have opened a support ticket for this. Support team need to check from your device in-order to investigate the issue. Please followup the issue with support team.
