MAX BR1 Pro 5G - unable to receive text msgs from Visible network

Hey Peplink family!

I have a MAX BR1 Pro 5G with a Visible SIM card. Cell service works fine. Each month I want to modify cell service to be higher or lower for data depending on my remote travel schedule is going to be like.

I can’t login into the Visible website or app without a 2FA code being sent. I’ve been to the local support.cgi page and upgraded to the latest cell phone firmware with no issues. Enabled text msg. When I go to the SIM toolkit area and select the correct cellular WAN connection, no msgs are coming through. I’ve tried sending via a couple of other phone.

Really don’t want to take the SIM in and out to a sep. cell phone for 2FA. Any ideas or guidance. Thanks in advance.
