MAX BR1 Pro 5G on Nov 4th suddenly won't connect to T-Mobile

This unit has been in place and working for 2+ years. The service from T-Mo is a “business internet” plan which has worked fine.

I spend a long time on the phone with T-Mo including getting to their 2nd level tech support and they confirm that everything with the account is fine and everythign with the tower/network is fine.

I have good signal strength and SINR (as show in Pepwave interface) so it does have a good signal from the tower but it keeps hourglassing and says “connecting” but never connects and never gets an IP address.

I’ve tinkered with all the settings in the Pepwave I can think of including APN and etc but typically just putting it to “auto” on most settings works fine on this. We install these Pepwave’s in customer boats/yachts all the time and typcially you just slam the SIM card in and it goes.

I ahve tried to remove and re-seat the SIM as well as move it to the other slot. I also tried the SIM in an iPad but the network says “device not allowed” because it is a business internet plan.

Any ideas?
