MAX BR1 Pro 5G and T-Mobile

I have MAX BR1 Pro 5G and I have been trying to get T-Mobile (in US) working with this.

I have good signal and my two phones with T-Mobile work just fine, but with MAX BR1 Pro 5G - I’m only getting: “Connecting … 5G” or “Connecting … LTE” status.

Automatic settings. I wonder if T-Mobile has blocked using other devices than phone. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Same SIM-card works just fine with regular phone.

Hmmm, we have customers using TMO plans with the Pro 5Gs and we do as well. However, you seem to suggest you are using a “phone plan.” I’d start there – and confirm you are using a plan intended for use with routers/hot-spots. Sometimes “phone plans” work but I’d not bet on it.
